Ensuring the highest level of customer service has prompted investment in a new fully computerised, GPS dispatch system which enables us to track and quickly assign drivers to the nearest jobs minimising clients’ waiting time. Additionally, a fully automated text back system allows a picture of the driver and car details to be sent to our clients who are then able to track the minicab via a mobile phone.
Our walk in the base in Wilton Road has a comfortable waiting area with hot drinks and snacks available to purchase.
