In addition, TfL provides each private hire vehicle with a certificate of conformance confirming the vehicle complies with all required specifications

All vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking devices to allow us to track the vehicle at all times so we can keep you advised of our ETA. As a further service, all bookings will receive an automated text giving the vehicle registration plate and photograph of the driver to maintain your safety at all times.
